Daniel D. Pipitone serves as the Chairperson of Chamberlain Hrdlicka's Energy and Maritime Section. He has more than twenty-five (25) years of legal experience which began with a two (2) year Federal Judicial Clerkship and was followed by his entry into the private practice of law in both Corpus Christi and Houston. Mr. Pipitone's practice has focused primarily upon the many and various issues involving the energy sector, as well as upon maritime law matters. During the course of his career, he has successfully tried over one-hundred (100) cases to either a jury or a court. Additionally, Mr. Pipitone has appeared before the United States Supreme Court and the Texas Supreme Court with respect to various and significant issues of first-impression which ultimately served as the basis for substantial case precedents and legislation. Philosophically, he firmly believes that the most favorable resolution for a client is one that is eventually achieved after first proceeding in a proactive, aggressive and efficient manner.
