DFW Chapter Monthly Meetings

The AADE Dallas/Ft Worth Chapter meetings are held at 4:30 in the afternoon (with a social hour) at one of two locations (listed below). At each meeting a speaker gives a lecture over dinner.

Brian Tucker, President Drilling Services Pioneer Energy Services

Originally from Odessa TX, Brian graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a degree in Systems Engineering in 1996. After being commissioned in the Army, he served for 8 years as a platoon leader, Aide-de-Camp to the 1st Armored Division’s Assistant Division commander, and finished his career as a Patriot Battery commander. Brian supported operations in Croatia, Bosnia, and deployed his battery in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in January 2002.
After leaving the Army, he started his career at Helmerich and Payne International Drilling Company, where he advanced to vice president, managing operations for two South Texas districts that supported 80 rigs for 19 different operators. Previously, he served as operations manager and drilling engineer in the Barnett Shale and East Texas. Mr. Tucker joined Pioneer Energy Services in June 2012 as Senior Vice President of Northern Drilling operations. In January 2015, Brian was promoted to President Drilling Services and is currently responsible for drilling operations throughout the US and Colombia.
