Sponsorships:
Title Sponsor $2,000 - Includes two 4-man teams, recognition in opening and closing ceremonies
Drilling Sponsor $1,500 - Includes one 4-man team, recognition in opening and closing ceremonies
Happy Hour Sponsor $1,000 - Includes one 4-man team, logo on signage during closing ceremonies
Raffle Sponsor $400 - Recognition during raffle as prizes are given out
Hole Sponsor $150 - Includes one company logo on signage
Team Entry Fee $800 - Includes one 4-man team and range balls
Individual Golfer $250 - Includes placement on a 4-man team and range balls
To set up a tent on a designated hole, a hole sponsorship must be purchased. All food and drink must be purchased through Falconhead.
Mulligans will be sold at the event for $25 dollars Each ticket will count as one entry into the raffle
AADE Central Texas Chapter Scholarship requirements:
1. Deadline for scholarship applications is April 15, 2025 at 5pm. NO EXCEPTIONS
2. Applicant must be a graduating high school senior or current underclass college student from the Central Texas area.
3. Applicant must show a proven record of community involvement
4. Applicant must have a minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
5. Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident with a permanent ID card.
6. Applicant must maintain a course load of at least 12 credit hours per semester.
Scholarships will range from $500-$1250 per semester (based on grade classification) and are eligible to renew at the end of each term if the student meets all eligibility requirements.
