Speaker: Michael Freeman, of Boots & Coots Prevention Services, will share his pressure control insights based on his more than 30 years of industry experience and having help several operational positions in pressure control companies.
Topic: The Boots & Coots Drilling Rig Audit was developed to focus on critical control aspects of well control and provide a quantitative analysis of the probability for
a successful project.
Costs: $20.00 with Registration, $25.00 for walk-ins

Lafayette Chapter Scholarships
For the fall 2012 semester, the Lafayette Chapter of AADE has awarded $2,500 scholarships to five students studying petroleum engineering at the University of Louisiana (UL).
This semester's scholarship recipients include Jennifer Osten, Eric Reyes, Michael Guzman, Crystal Williams and Alexander Catlin. Congratulations to these students for being selected.
Scholarship applications are thoroughly reviewed by the local AADE scholarship committee to provide financial assistance to qualified petroleum engineering students.
