ATTIRE:
This is a formal event with a black tie option. Jeans & denim, t-shirts or golf shirts are not permitted.
PARKING OPTIONS:
1. Attending Event Only – Valet service at a discounted rate of $28 per vehicle for event parking only. Use event valet entrance on Avenida de las Americas for discounted rate.
2. Checking Into Hotel - Use the front entrance valet at 1600 Lamar St. Overnight parking is $66 per night.
3. Self-Parking Garage is currently under construction, however, there are several paid parking lots near the hotel.
SCHEDULE: Ballroom of the Americas (2nd Level, take escalators)
7:00 PM – Doors Open (Must have e-ticket for entry. No tickets sold at the door.)
7:00 -10:30 PM – Martini Bar, Champagne Divas, Casino, Caricatures, Photo Booths & Photographs
7:00 - 9:30 PM - Buffet-Style Dinner (come hungry…LOTS of great food)
Live Music
9:30 PM – Dessert & Coffee Bar
10:30 PM - Pizza Bar
11:00 PM – Door Prize & Grand Prize Drawings (must be present to win)
As we do have an open Martini Bar, any patrons under the age of 21 are prohibited.
All tickets are electronic-tickets! No physical tickets will be mailed.

Here’s what to do:

Go to aftontickets.com/login

Log in using the email address you used to purchase tickets. If you don’t already have an account, click “Forgot Password” to set one up.

Select "My Tickets", then, Click on your purchase number

Select the ticket you want to transfer and send it to your guest. NOTE: After you transfer a ticket, the original QR code will become invalid and a new one will be produced for the transferred ticket.
💡 Note: There is no Afton app. You must use a web browser to log in.
Remember this is very similar to Ticketmaster except there is no app.
