2020 AADE Fluids Conference & Exhibition

CANCELLED

Over the past few weeks, we have explored options of rescheduling the AADE Fluids Conference.

With the uncertainty created by the spread of COVID-19 and the government restrictions put in place, the AADE has made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Fluids Conference & Exhibition. This decision was not made lightly, but the current situation is likely to remain uncertain for the coming months and your safety and security is our primary concern. The next Fluids Conference will be held in 2022.

What happens to the fees I paid?

AADE is a 501c6, volunteer organization whose mission is to provide a forum for the dissemination of practical drilling practices and technology and we value this interchange of information within the drilling industry and the community.

Canceling this event will financially impact our organization causing a loss of over $60,000. We are offering a full refund to those who would like to request one however, we would like you and/or your company to consider donating your refund to AADE to help offset the loss. To request a full refund or donate your funds to AADE, please email info@aade.org.

Will my paper be published?

Technical papers will be posted to our website at a later date.

AADE would like to thank the committee, authors, volunteers, students and all those involved for your time and dedication that contributes to the success of this event each year.

We certainly apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate your understanding and support of AADE. We look forward to seeing you at one of our future Conferences!
