New Orleans Membership

AADE New Orleans has recently transitioned to a NEW online member & event management software called AssociationSphere. We are no longer using 123Signup. Please be patient as we learn the new system together. We expect this experience to benefit our members in the coming months, as you can view your transaction receipts & upcoming events when logged into the new portal.

All current members' information was imported into the new system. If you have already renewed for 2022, you do not need to do so again, but you must create an account.

FIRST, all members will need to create an account through the NEW AADE New Orleans portal link below:

Click Sign Up.
Fill in the information you previously used on the old system and click Sign Up at the bottom.
Activate your account through the link in your confirmation email.

Membership:

After activating your account, you may log back into the AADE New Orleans Portal using the link above.
Once logged in, you should be on the home screen of your profile.

Click My Memberships to show if you purchased your membership for 2022.
- You may click on Enroll on the upper right of the screen if you need to purchase your AADE New Orleans membership. Select AADE New Orleans Chapter membership, then GO to take you to the membership payment page.
